    They have standard format of the visa decision. It will be specified in that decision what you can do etc.(see Review Rights)..if you are allowed to submit a review, it will take a long time for that review to be finalised. Better wait and improve your circumstances and reapply

    standard letter will be sent to you, stating reasons y you were refused. i am assuming u were referring to visitor visa. unfortunately, u are not allowed to appeal for visitor visa once rejected.
