01.May.2015 - State Nomination approved and received ITA (Visa 190)
05.May.2015 - Lodge Visa 190
27.May.2015 CO allocated, asking for addtl docs
23.June.2015 All docs submitted (except PH NBI) and medical finalized
2.July.2015 Submitted NBI clearance
