Hello po mga kabayan,
Anyone here who can help me whats the best thing I can do, or we can do, My boyfriend is an Aussie guy, Been working here in Sg for almost 4years na. Im planning to go to Oz with a tourist visa, (applying soon) but also we are planning, na sana makamigrate na ako sa Oz to be with him and even planning to get marry as soon as i get there. Kung meron po dito na with the same scenario, please help me what I can do and what visa to apply for. Thanks a lot kababayans!

@rei in ur case sis, looks like fiance visa will do..mas mabilis pa approval, but u hav to get married w/in 9mos of visa approval..unless there are changes to immigration rules

@jacdang ganun po ba? And what about po yung de facto visa? What do you think po? Kasi we're thinking po if ano yung mas magiging mabilis.. And for fiance visa any idea po what requiements and do they look for evidence like pics or anything that you're really dating? Thanks a lot po.

Finally got a reply from a case officer for my husband's visa. Kaso I am confused, hinihingan ako ng CENOMAR. Eh 5 yrs na kami kasal...., may similar experience ba dito?

@ava_garde06 humihingi talaga sila ng ganun. Since married ka ang ibibigay ng NSO ay Certificate of Marriage. Nakasulat lang naman dun kung kanino ka ikinasal. So normally kung merong cases na dalawang beses nakasal dahil yung iba annulled or separated eh nakalist dun

The thing is, nagsubmit naman ako ng Marriage Certificate and other documents pa na hingi nya, like police clearance, medical requirement etc...... upon my visa lodgment. So parang redundant na???

Anyway, i-provide ko na lang din. My CO name is Rodelia. She did not include her surname. From Pinas embassy to CO ko base on their email address.

Anyone here who has experienced a local CO? Mas matagal/mahirap/madali ba sila magprocess as compared sa AU case officers?

@ava_garde06 offshore yan sis diba? puro filipinos naman case officers ng australia embassy in manila. lahat talaga hinihingan ng CENOMAR, married man or hindi pa, it's not redundancy, I have read that safety measure nila un to check wlang sabit ung applicants and sponsors.

I just want to ask ano ang nakalagay na status sa inyo? (For those who applied online)
Kasi when I lodged my application sabi nung una "application submitted" then after 2 weeks ata it was changed to "assessment in progress" and then after that until now ang nakalagay is "application received".

Hindi ba "application received" muna bago "application in progress"? NAGUGULUHAN AKO. Pls enlighten my mind ladies. Thanks!
