refused visa need to make an appeal/reconsideration/letter

Guys newbie here. Can you please help on how to make and appeal letter to my Case Officer. I was refused and wants to make a reapplication soon, but i dont know how and where to start. Or how to address my concerns one by one. Please guys help me. Thank you very much in advance! By the way i was refused due to GTE

    hi have u reapplied na ba? was also denied, i applied on my own but this time i asked fortrust.. pwede naman daw mag reapply but this time dapat galingan yong cover letter.

    just re apply mas madali kesa mag appeal. I improve na lang yung persinal statement mo. Yung sa kin kasi IT ako tapos management yung kinukuha ko, ang sabi kona lang hindi kasi ako ma promote promote as manager, kasi wala ako educational background sa management. Gandahan mo na lang din sa sagot kung bakit gusto mo sa AU e madami din naman maganda management school dito sa pinas like AIM, Ateneo and La Salle. Kailngan convincing sagot mo at hindi generic.
