    Hi @joanneq, i lodged last sept 29 via vfs as well, i received acknowledgement receipt by september 30 then october 2, i received request from the embassy of my nso documents as well as the medical request letter.

    Lodged via VFS 309/100 : September 29,2015
    Acknowledgement Receipt: Septemer 30,2015
    Embassy requested NSO and Medical : October 02
    Complied NSO: October 7
    Complied Medical: October 14
    Asked for additional documents : March 1,2016
    Confirmation of receipt additional docs from CO : March 28, 2016
    Visa Grant Notice : April 11,2016
