Hey guys,

A pet free clean bedroom with (car space optional) in a two bedroom one bathroom unit in Meadowbank NSW will be available on 16 March 2015, good for one occupant only. You will be sharing this unit with two other Filipino housemates:

- Room (with one bed and cabinet included) is $210 per week with bills and internet ready;
- Car space is $20 per week (optional);
- Four weeks bond;
- Ready to move in;
- 5 minutes walk to Meadowbank train station;
- 20 minutes to Sydney CBD.

*Strictly for NON-SMOKERS only*
