Hey Everyone! Admin here, It's a bit overdue but I will be migrating our forum site to a new platform for better security. I will take out all the ads as well as these pesky spammers. Please expect a bit of issues here and there, and will slowly move the features to the new one. Don't worry we are very much alive and will be alive as long as I'm here :)

2 good size and very neat rooms in the main house are on offer ($150 per week) Main house is shared with a lady.
Guest house at the rear with a separate bedroom, lounge, bathroom and WC. Also has own side access. Full functional kitchen which is located in the alfresco area. ($250 per week)
All utility bills will be split equally. Close to public transport. A minute walk to one of the bus stops that will take you directly to Watergardens train station/shopping centre and a 5 minute walk to another bus stop that will take you to Keilor Plains station and St. Albans. 30min. train ride to CBD. Walking distance to Caroline Springs town centre and Watervale Shopping centre. 20km to CBD.
