We're looking for clean, non-smoker housemate for your own room (no sharing) in a two bedroom unit. A pet free, clean one bedroom unit with 1 toilet 1 car space for rent is now available. You will have your own room and will be sharing this unit with two other Filipino housemates. This room is furnished with a single bed, cabinet and study desk and chair ideal for one occupant:
- Rent is 230 per week plus 4 weeks security bond;
- 5 minutes walk to Meadowbank train station;
- 20 minutes commute to Sydney CBD;
- Fully furnished with beds, closet, sofa, entertainment set, dining table;
- Clean and safe environment close to parks;
- Internet, cable and all bills (utilities) included;
- Open car space.
