How To Get Your Money Back From A Migration Agent

We have recently been approached by a number of Filipinos who have had a poor service experience with their migration agents (eg. through slowness, incompetence, misrepresentation and even dishonesty).

Each of those people have tried themselves to get their money back, but the migration agents have either refused or ignored their requests.

You should be aware that there are effective ways you can force a migration agent to refund your money through proper legal channels.
