Partner (309/100) Visa Online 2015

Anyone here who has lodged for the Partner Visa this 2015? I know nagincrease this year, but I want to know much did you pay in peso? may discrepancy kasi dun sa DIAC conversion, nalilito kami ni husband sa i-prepare na money. Also, how much pa medical?
and kng may difference ba if I lodge it online or through VFS?

Hi base on my previous visa application I usually pay it in AUD as it always cost less compare it with paying in pesos.

There will always be discrepencies on the visa cost in AUD and PESOS as conversion rate varies everyday.

I suggest you lodge it online ( less hassle) and you will get a medical appointment straight away. Plus you will know that your application is in place in the system. The immigration now is recommending everyone to use the immiaccount online so better follow their recommendation.

@joy_j I use an australian credit/debit card for Payments of visa lodge through
immiaccount.

Noong wala pang immiacccount either I just write my credit card details on the visa application form. Or I go to sydney Immigration office and pay there. Everytime I do my math on the cost of paying in AUstralia or in the Philippines ... I always end up paying in AUstralia

As of today

Partner visa cost in AUD is 4630 equivalent to 160,892.5
On the website if you say you will pay it in pesos the cost is 190,600
that is 30,000 pesos difference

When you pay it in the Philippines it has to be in pesos immigration manila dont accept payment in AUD

@arsky Ok, thank you so much. Na convince ko na si husband na mag open ng credit card sa Oz kaya mas ok. Nabanggit ko nga ung difference sa amounts. buti pasok din sa credit limit nya.

hello! ask ko lang kung sa online application, pwde bang ako din ang sasagot ng form for my sponsor? may na fill up na sya na form in paper, tpos transfer ko nalang dun sa electronic form. kng siya kasi ang sasagot duon, baka magka discrepancy. and hindi din sya masyado techie so bka mahirapan akong i guide sya.

@grai1102 hi friend. Feb 25 ako and right now wala pa CO. I think 1.5 to 2 months bgo magka CO daw. pero ok na medicals ko and NSO docs forwarded to embassy. inaabangan ko ma update ung processing times sa embassy website sinasabi dun kng anung date of lodgement ang nabigyan na ng CO.

@joy_j Hello friend, thanks for sharing. Please share your future updates. I am also done with NSO and medical, waiting for CO now. I have been studying some timelines and found that it takes around 2 months. So hopefully you will get a CO soon. Good luck friend

@waitingvisa_101 ahh akala ko ok na ang sayo sis... Pero i think its a good thing na nagcocommunicate sayo ang CO mo kahit ikatatlo na to... Ibig lng sabihin nun they are looking after your application... Cguro if you could just provide what they are asking from you ang pna ka latest request approval na agad ang kasunod nun...
