  Update:
  
  I filed on first week of Jan 2015 to FER and received a confirmation email from FER that my $150 is approve by the end of Jan (roughly 4 weeks).
  
  It now depends on my Elec Provider when to credit back my $150 rebate

  You can only apply for the past fiscal year. Hndi pwede yung 2 yrs ago.
  
  Last na yata yung $150 for FY 2013-2014 to be filed until Jun 2015.
