Hi! I’m just trying to help an officemate who recently bought a house. They need someone to continue their lease.

The house has 2 bedrooms (both with BIRs) and it’s very close to CBD, public transport and shops (e.g. Costco, Coles, Northpark Shopping Centre, etc.). House is furnished already – see link below for complete list of furnitures/appliances. Rent is at 280pw.

    just googled what BIR means.. "Built in Robes" pala yun.. :D

    Timeline:
    June 2012 - Visa grant
    Sep 2012 - Initial entry to Sydney (one week)
    June 2015 - Planned big move to Au
