Visa Class 572 I need advice pls

Hi guys, so I am planning to take up Aged Care Certificate III and IV I am a Nurse here in Philippines. I already consulted an agency regarding my plans of studying a vocational course. The issue is I am a Nurse so they prefer na itake up ko ang Bachelor's Degree. But I am already decided na I'll take up a vocational instead. Now upon sending the application to agency I send an application aswell in my school. When I read the reply ng school sa email ko I still need alot of documents while my agency is saying nothing to me. So i am having a doubt kung magiging helpful ba ang agency sa mga Vocational Courses coz we all now they have commisions on the tuition fee knowing that vocational courses are cheaper than Bachelor's Degree they might less prioritize me. They said it will take like 2-4 weeks to get a letter of Offer. While on the email of the school to me upon completing all the required documents they can send the letter of Offer.

I am just wondering if anyone experience what i am experiencing now. really need an advice coz my target intake is in January 2015.

My Timeline: Visa Type: 572 (Certificate of Aged Care III & IV)
Oct. 16, 2014 - Paid my IELTS exam
Nov. 12, 2014 - Speaking Test IELTS
Nov. 13, 2014 - R,L,W IELTS TEST
Nov. 14, 2014 - Application Form Sent To Academia International (MelBourne)
Nov. 26, 2014 - Offer Letter Received
- IELTS Results: L-8 R-6.5 W-6 S-6 Overall = 6.5
Nov. 29, 2014 - Medicals Done @ NHS Makati
Dec. 5 2014- Medicals Submitted all ok

  • Tuition Fee Paid via BPI, Offer Accepted & Submitted
    Dec. 8 2014 - COE received
    Dec. 18 2014 - Lodged Visa Application @ AMS
    Jan. 12 2015 - Additional Medicals Test Requested
    Jan. 13 2015 - Medicals Done
    Jan. 30 2015 - Visa Granted No Interview Thank you Lord :) My Birthday :)
    Feb 6 2015 - Arrival in Melbourne :)

    What is ur agency? I think it's better to be assisted by IDP.

    AMS Global I emailed the School they just replied now and they said they can send offer letter for 2-3 days. But my agency said its 2-4 weeks.

    Offer letter normally takes 2 to 4 weeks to process.

    School:

    Once we receive your documents completed we will issue your Letter of offer within 1 to 2 days. What may take longer is how long it takes for the Department of Immigration to issue you a student visa. This varies and is dependent on the Department of Immigration assessor who will be looking at your documents.

    @Xine it won't take weeks..ako 3 days lang sa tafe wa ako.. pa assist ka nlang sa idp free naman..
