Parent Visa pede ba iapply ng tourist visa sa Oz?

Nagrant ang mother ko ng 1 year tourist visa and i am thinking na iaaply sya ng aged parent visa dito sa Australia . Namet naman nya lahat ng requirements, family test, age etc .. ang tanong ko is ...Pwede ba sya mag-apply dito ng Parent visa without exiting the county kung ma expired na ang tourist visa nya .? I need her badly to take care of the baby kasi ill be returning to work soon.

    kamusta na application ng mother mo as parent visa ?

    Nabas ko na matagal yata angwaiting period. eh baka sobra tanda na bago ma approve.
