  @jay23 - wala pa akong nabasa na same case as yours for EA. but i think its acceptable naman..
  hindi ka ba pwede humingi ng Cert of Employment at detailed job description?
  
  Other assessing agencies suggest the following:
  - contract
  - statements from clients about your employment or business that was conducted by you
  (e.g. title of project, duration, tasks completed).
  - proof of paid employment (Payslip, ITR, or probably Invoice as consultant)
  
  remember, your objective is to prove that you have worked, and that work demonstrates the skills required for the nominated occupation..

  Sir lock_code2004 , yun ang problema ko hindi na nagrereply yun ibang agencies para sa certificate of employment or detailed job description at yun agency ko pa naman based abroad.
  
  Meron akong contract pero hindi detailed ang job description dun, meron din akong payslip so pwede na kaya yun?

  @jay23 - my information ba na nakalagay sa contract about your title or any details about the job?
  
  mahirap kasing mag-assess kung wala nmn silang basis ng assessment, especially kung ung Career episode mo is related to this work experience.
  
  the other thing that you can do is create an affidavit (attested thru a lawyer)
  .this is okay for some assessing bodies, but im not sure kung possible sa EA:
  - this affidavit should contain why you cannot get the official COE
  - list your detailed job description
  - and then attach supporting docs like your contract and payslip
  - if possible, include contact persons/email/phone kung saan sila pwede mag verify na totoo nga ang sinasabi mo..

  @lock_code2004 sir good am! may tanong lang ako regarding certificate of employment, if mag aaply for visa 190, saan po ia-attention to ung certificate? sa DIBP? or sa state na aaplyan? thanks in advance po!
