Please Help me to Understand my Tourist Visa Guys

My Tourist Visa Application has been granted last week (Feb13), I only asked 3 months but they gave me 1 year Multiple Visa (Thank you Lord) but there are things that I am confused about and need your help guys.. Does this mean it is a multiple entry within 3 months or it is multiple entry within 1year but maximum stay of 3 months every visit then exit then comeback again for another 3 months until my visa expired.. I am so confused pls help me guys, please see below for REF. Thank u in advance..
